Portfolio Design Exercise

For my portfolio design I went for a simple layout with a standard header at the top and a navigation bar down the side. Though my layout would stay mostly the same during the creation process, I went through a few revisions on the colour scheme. At first I used blue and grey colours, but I felt that blue is a common colour used on a lot of websites, so I changed it to an orange colour scheme to be more unique.









































Later on I felt that my design was lacking visual impact, so I went for bolder shades of orange and added black lines to help differentiate the sections of the page.





















Eventually I settled on the current look of the site, which I designed to complement and incorporate the logo I designed for the personal branding exercise.
